Sr. Desembargador MANOEL ALVES RABELO, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no exerc\u00edcio de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo Estado, conforme artigo 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual 83\/96;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que os servi\u00e7os notariais e de registro s\u00e3o destinados a assegurar publicidade, autenticidade, seguran\u00e7a e efic\u00e1cia dos atos jur\u00eddicos, competindo ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio zelar para que sejam prestados com celeridade, qualidade e efici\u00eancia, conforme disposto nos art.s 1\u00ba e 38 da lei Federal n.\u00ba 8.935\/94, adotando, sempre que necess\u00e1rio, as provid\u00eancias adequadas para resguardar o interesse p\u00fablico;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o art. 1\u00ba, da Lei Estadual n.\u00ba 8.619\/07, publicado no Di\u00e1rio Oficial em 12 setembro de 2007, modificou a Lei Estadual N.\u00ba 4.847\/93, de 30.12.1993, alterada pela Lei Estadual N.\u00ba 6.670 de 16.05.2001, que regula o pagamento de custas e emolumentos no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>ALTERAR<\/strong> o modelo de relat\u00f3rio FARPEN\/FUNEPJ, previsto no ANEXO 09 do C\u00f3digo de Normas desta Corregedoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Este provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REGISTRE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 08 de outubro de 2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
