EM 17\/10\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><span lang=\"pt-BR\">ATO NORMATIVO <\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">n\u00ba <\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">112<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\/2016<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o sistema E-Process vem apresentando falhas e erros sist\u00eamicos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os estudos da Secretaria de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a que apontam a viabilidade da migra\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos do sistema E-Process para o sistema PROJUDI nos Ju\u00edzos de Vit\u00f3ria e Vila Velha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Considerando<\/strong> o \u00eaxito da referida migra\u00e7\u00e3o nos Juizados Especiais C\u00edveis do Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria, bem como no 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vila Velha;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba \u2013<\/strong> Autorizar a migra\u00e7\u00e3o dos processos que tramitam no 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vila Velha, perante o sistema E-Process, para o sistema PROJUDI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013<\/strong> Determinar a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais dos feitos que tramitam no sistema E-Process, perante o 2\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Vila Velha, no per\u00edodo compreendido entre 17 de Outubro de 2016 e 21 de Outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba \u2013<\/strong> Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria, 14 de Outubro de 2016<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Des.
