EM 27\/10\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO \u2013 TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 117\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso\u00a0 de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto na Lei Federal n\u00ba 10.048, de 08 de Novembro de 2000, que disciplina o atendimento priorit\u00e1rio, dentre outras, \u00e0s gestantes e \u00e0s lactantes; e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> pleito formulado pela Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil \u2013 Se\u00e7\u00e3o do Esp\u00edrito Santo\/Comiss\u00e3o da Mulher Advogada e pela Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira das Mulheres de Carreira Jur\u00eddica \u2013 Subcomiss\u00e3o Esp\u00edrito Santo,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Nas sess\u00f5es do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo (Tribunal Pleno, Conselho Superior da Magistratura e C\u00e2maras Isoladas\/Reunidas), as advogadas gestantes e lactantes poder\u00e3o requerer, at\u00e9 o momento da abertura da respectiva sess\u00e3o, prefer\u00eancia no julgamento dos processos em que sejam partes ou nos quais representem quaisquer das partes litigantes, haja ou n\u00e3o interesse em sustenta\u00e7\u00e3o oral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria, 26 de Outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Des.
