Sr. Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, Desembargador Ronaldo Gon\u00e7alves de Sousa, encaminhando solicita\u00e7\u00e3o do Exm\u00ba. Sr. Juiz Corregedor, Dr. Gustavo Henrique Proc\u00f3pio Silva de desligamento do Grupo de Trabalho do M\u00f3dulo de Produtividade Mensal de Ju\u00edzes e Serventias Judici\u00e1rias no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo (protocolo n\u00ba. 2016.01.103.107);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVEM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba \u2013<\/strong> Alterar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Grupo de Trabalho do M\u00f3dulo de Produtividade Mensal de Ju\u00edzes e Serventias Judici\u00e1rias no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, disposta no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/01\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0032016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">artigo 2\u00ba, inciso I, do Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 003\/2016<\/a>, do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, para:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I \u2013 Excluir<\/strong>, a pedido, o <strong>Juiz Corregedor Gustavo Henrique Proc\u00f3pio Silva<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II \u2013 Incluir<\/strong>, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o <strong>Juiz de Direito Marcelo Feres Bressan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013<\/strong> Este Ato Normativo Conjunto entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 08 de Novembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>Des.
