Sr. Dr. Jos\u00e9 Fl\u00e1vio D&#8217;Angelo Alcuri, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Itapemirim, que comunica acerca da indisponibilidade de energia el\u00e9trica no edif\u00edcio do F\u00f3rum da Comarca durante o dia 19 de Outubro de 2016, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais na Comarca de Itapemirim, no dia 19 de Outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 31 de Outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
