EM 17\/11\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u00a0ATO NORMATIVO n\u00ba 130\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Annibal de Rezende Lima, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 58, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 15\/95 \u2013 Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 que atribui ao Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es populares ocorridas na tarde do dia 11 de Novembro de 2016, dificultando o tr\u00e2nsito e o deslocamento dos jurisdicionados e operadores do direito em geral no Centro de Vit\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o teor do expediente protocolado neste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00famero 2016.01.662.150, subscrito pelo Exm\u00ba. Sr. Dr. Homero Junger Mafra, Presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Se\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que solicita a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais na referida data na Comarca da Capital e, alternativamente, no Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos prazos processuais no Ju\u00edzo de Vit\u00f3ria no dia 11 de Novembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 16 de Novembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
