Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador FERNANDO ZARDINI ANTONIO, Supervisor das Varas Criminais e Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que, por meio da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/16\/resolucao-no-462011-publ-em-29082011\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 46\/2011<\/a>, foi institu\u00edda, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, a Coordenadoria de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que para o cumprimento das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es da Coordenadoria de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica faz-se necess\u00e1ria uma estrutura minimamente capaz de atender suas necessidades operacionais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que as restri\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras e or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias enfrentadas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Esp\u00edrito Santo neste momento inviabilizam a cria\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de estrutura material e humana pr\u00f3pria para a Coordenadoria de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Supervis\u00e3o das Varas Criminais e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais possui estrutura suficiente para comportar os trabalhos e atribui\u00e7\u00f5es da Coordenadoria de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba<\/strong> &#8211; Estabelecer que Coordenadoria de Viol\u00eancia Dom\u00e9stica integrar\u00e1 a estrutura administrativa da Supervis\u00e3o das Varas Criminais e de Execu\u00e7\u00f5es Penais, sob a supervis\u00e3o do Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Fernando Zardini Antonio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor no dia de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 23 de Novembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
