DISP. 24\/11\/2015 &#8211; SEM EFEITO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"CENTER\"><del><strong>ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><del><strong>PODER\u00a0<\/strong><b>JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><del><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><del><strong>GABINETE DA\u00a0<\/strong><b>PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/b><\/del><\/p>\n<p align=\"CENTER\"><del><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong><strong>297<\/strong><strong>\/2015<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<p><del>O\u00a0<strong>Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador S\u00e9rgio Bizzotto Pessoa de Mendon\u00e7a<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/06\/ato-normativo-no-1532015-disp-06082015-alterado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 153\/2015<\/a>, que instituiu a Comiss\u00e3o para estudos referentes a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Juiz de Paz;<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o disposto no art. 2\u00ba, do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/06\/ato-normativo-no-1532015-disp-06082015-alterado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 153\/2015<\/a>, que previa a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de proposta de Lei \u00e0 Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo para regulamentar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de juiz de paz, no prazo de 90 (noventa) dias;<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0os termos do despacho do Ilustr\u00edssimo Sr. Secret\u00e1rio Geral no Processo Administrativo n\u00ba 2015.01.364.809, solicitando a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do referido prazo;<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del>Prorrogar, por 90 (noventa) dias, o prazo para a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de proposta de Lei \u00e0 Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo para regulamentar a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Juiz de Paz.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del>Publique-se no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a Eletr\u00f4nico.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><del>Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 23 de novembro de 2015.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"CENTER\"><del>Desembargador\u00a0<strong>S\u00c9RGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A<br \/>\n<\/strong>Presidente do TJES<\/del><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"contentheadingresolucoes_css\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">TORNADO SEM EFEITO PELO<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/03\/ato-normativo-no-3072015-disp-30112015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 307\/2015<\/a>\u00a0&#8211;
