TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 09\/2002<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cD\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001, e acresce-lhe um par\u00e1grafo no tocante aos Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a em exerc\u00edcio no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a\u201d.<\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada em 14\/03\/2002,<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 O artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, que regulamenta a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte prevista no art. 87, da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 46\/94, passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 3\u00ba \u2013 A indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte corresponder\u00e1 ao valor di\u00e1rio de R$ 17,00 (dezessete reais)\u201d, devido nos dias \u00fateis de cada m\u00eas.<\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Ao artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, fica acrescido o seguinte par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico:<\/p>\n

\u201cArt. 3\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026..
\nPar\u00e1grafo \u00danico \u2013 Os Oficiais de Justi\u00e7a em exerc\u00edcio no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a ter\u00e3o um acr\u00e9scimo ao valor di\u00e1rio estabelecido no \u201ccaput\u201d deste artigo, correspondente a mais 30% (trinta por cento) sobre o mesmo\u201d.<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n
