Sr. Desembargador <strong>ALEMER FERRAZ MOULIN<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o elevado n\u00famero de processos que tramitam perante a 1\u00aa Vara Criminal da Comarca de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o n\u00famero de cartas precat\u00f3rias distribu\u00eddas, bem como as respectivas audi\u00eancias realizadas referentes \u00e0s mesmas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Determinar que as Cartas Precat\u00f3rias Criminais para cumprimento na Comarca de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, passem a ser cumpridas pela Vara do 1\u00ba Juizado Especial Criminal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">PUBLIQUE-SE. REGISTRE-SE.
