Sr. Desembargador <strong>ALEMER FERRAZ MOULIN<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e, tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a entrada em vigor da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-no-0362002-disp-29042002\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 036\/2002<\/a>, publicada no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo datado de 24 de setembro de 2002;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os prestados pelos Ju\u00edzes de Direito durante o Projeto Justi\u00e7a Comunit\u00e1ria, conforme o disposto no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-no-0362002-disp-29042002\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 19 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 036\/2002<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o atendimento realizado pelos magistrados, aos s\u00e1bados, no hor\u00e1rio de 9:00 \u00e0s 14:00, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o dos feriados, conforme disposi\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-no-0362002-disp-29042002\/\" target=\"_blank\">artigo 9\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 036\/2002<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-no-0362002-disp-29042002\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 036\/2002<\/a> n\u00e3o regula a percep\u00e7\u00e3o de gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os extraordin\u00e1rios aos magistrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ESTABELECER<\/strong> que, ser\u00e1 devido ao Magistrado, a gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o por presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os extraordin\u00e1rios, nos moldes do disposto no artigo 128, inciso VIII e \u00a7 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar 234\/02, aos magistrados que exercerem atividade no \u00e2mbito do Projeto Justi\u00e7a Comunit\u00e1ria, mediante a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da competente escala e Ata de termo de atendimento judici\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 07 de agosto de 2003.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
