Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES) c\/c art. 37 da Lei Federal n.\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a entrada em vigor, em 23 de junho de 2016, da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-cnj-no-228-de-22062016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n.\u00ba 228, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>, que regulamenta a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, da Conven\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a Elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da Exig\u00eancia de Legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de Documentos P\u00fablicos Estrangeiros, celebrada na Haia, em 5 de outubro de 1961 (Conven\u00e7\u00e3o da Apostila);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, por fim, o quanto deliberado pela Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a deste Estado nos autos do Processo CGJES n.\u00ba 2016.01.340.346;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR <\/strong>a republica\u00e7\u00e3o da LISTA DE ATOS CARTORIAIS ATIVOS &#8211; 2016 (anexa), incluindo o C\u00f3digo 83, em aten\u00e7\u00e3o a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/13\/resolucao-cnj-no-228-de-22062016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 228\/2016 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a> (Conven\u00e7\u00e3o da Apostila).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
