Sr. Desembargador <strong>ALEMER FERRAZ MOULIN<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da nova vara na Comarca de Baixo Guandu \u2013 2\u00aa Entr\u00e2ncia, com a entrada em vigor da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234, publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial datado de 19 de abril de 2002 \u2013 Novo C\u00f3digo de Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e Divis\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, notadamente no art. 39, III;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a necessidade de melhorar a presta\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional, e havendo a oportunidade e conveni\u00eancia de instala\u00e7\u00e3o de nova Vara na Comarca de Baixo Guandu \u2013 2\u00aa Entr\u00e2ncia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Lei Complementar supramencionada disp\u00f5e que compete ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a exercer outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o especificadas nesta Lei;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 1\u00ba. AUTORIZAR a instala\u00e7\u00e3o da 2\u00aa Vara na Comarca de Baixo Guandu \u2013 2\u00aa Entr\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 2\u00ba. Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Art. 3\u00ba.
