RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 08\/2004<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

“D\u00e1 nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o ao artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001”<\/em><\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e tendo em vista a decis\u00e3o do Colendo Conselho Superior da Magistratura nesta data,<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba –<\/strong> O artigo 3\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 014\/2001<\/a>, que regulamenta a indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte prevista no art. 87 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 46\/94, passa a vigorar, “ad referendum” do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/del><\/p>\n

” Art. 3\u00ba – A indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte corresponder\u00e1 ao valor di\u00e1rio de R$ 22,10 (vinte e dois reais e dez centavos), devido nos dias \u00fateis de cada m\u00eas.<\/del>
\n Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico – Os oficiais de justi\u00e7a em exerc\u00edcio no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a ter\u00e3o um acr\u00e9scimo ao valor di\u00e1rio estabelecido no “caput” deste artigo, correspondente a mais 30% (trinta por cento) sobre o mesmo.”<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba –<\/strong> Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor em 1\u00ba de agosto de 2004.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba –<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio, em especial a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 09\/2002.<\/del><\/p>\n
