Sr. Desembargador <strong>ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista DECIS\u00c3O UN\u00c2NIME do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno em sess\u00e3o extraordin\u00e1ria realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que os Tribunais Superiores j\u00e1 definiram a impossibilidade de abertura de procedimentos legais com base unicamente em den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas, desacompanhadas de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00eantica,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba<\/strong> \u2013 As den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas, desacompanhadas de documenta\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00eantica, endere\u00e7adas ao Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o servir de fundamento para a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de procedimento administrativo ou criminal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 As den\u00fancias an\u00f4nimas endere\u00e7adas ao Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, e que mencionem Magistrados, ser\u00e3o encaminhadas a estes, para conhecimento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
