EM 18\/11\/2004"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong> <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 35 \/04<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Exm\u00ba Sr. Desembargador <strong>ADALTO DIAS TRIST\u00c3O<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e tendo em vista decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 a previs\u00e3o legal do 3\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Cariacica, conforme o art. 39, I, \u201cc\u201d da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234, de 19.04.02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 a necessidade de melhorar a presta\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional, e havendo a oportunidade e conveni\u00eancia de instala\u00e7\u00e3o do 3 \u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Cariacica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2013 que o art. 181 da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/02 comete ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a baixar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es Complementares, a fim de instituir normas gerais necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da referida lei.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE :<\/strong><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. <strong>AUTORIZAR<\/strong> a instala\u00e7\u00e3o do 3\u00ba Juizado Especial C\u00edvel de Cariacica, Comarca da Capital, de Entr\u00e2ncia Especial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
